Revised Pizza Order Form

Good Afternoon FHN Families,

Please see the Revised Pizza Order Form. The CSC would like to clarify the Revised Pizza Order  Form indicates pizza lunch for 10 times not 11. The form your child received on Friday indicated 11 times but should read pizza for 10 times.

If you are interested you may use this form or adjust your payment amount to 10 times if using the first form.
