Our partners at York Region Public Health (YRPH) have asked us to share the attached information about upcoming in-school vaccination clinics that will be happening throughout York Region this fall. Students in grades 7-12 are eligible for immunizations for Hepatitis B, Human Papillomavirus (HPV) and Meningococcal (Men-C-ACYW-135).
YRPH asks that students’ online consent forms (linked to in the attached document) are completed by Tuesday, September 20, 2022.
